except where Nvidia G-SYNC is being run on the desktop on Windows 10. But fullscreen has less input lag in every case. The latter may (or may not) be influenced by the first issue. You might also need to disable full screen optimisations by right clicking the game executable and going to properties and unchecking the check box. "You need to run all games in exclusive fullscreen mode if your second monitor isn't the same refresh rate and you're running Windows 10. I'm playing all my games in Fullscreen as well. The issue with Game Mode being on affected stream output where frames on the stream would drop but be fine in-game, but disabling Game Mode fixes the issue, so I have the opposite problem if that makes sense. Just to reiterate, my in-game suffers the stutter/fps drops, so I notice it when I'm playing. But then again, if I even have twitch open on my second monitor and viewing a stream, the stutter/fps drops return, really annoying. The only thing I've found to help a little is to disable the enable performance mode in SLOBS (which disables the stream video preview). The only way to fix it is to go back to one monitor and completely disconnect me second one, this really sucks. I've already disabled Game Mode and tried many other solutions, but nothing seems to fix it. Is it because its 60hz and my main one is 144hz? What's the cause of this? It's driving me crazy because I only got a second monitor for the reason of keeping SLOBS on it. This even happens when I'm watching my own channel on twitch through Google Chrome, same issue. The issue is, whenever I have SLOBS open (not even streaming, just having it open) and drag it to my second monitor, my games become really stuttery and it feels like I'm losing FPS. My main monitor is a 1440p 144hz G-sync monitor and I just got a second monitor that is 1080p 60hz for reading twitch chat, keeping SLOBS open, web browsers, etc. Thanks to /u/iTruthful and Conceptional for the art!
